I’m Liam Cowles, a cinematographer and photographer based in Melbourne, VIC.

I’ve developed my craft through years of work in the camera and lighting departments on narrative, commercial and creative productions. This experience has given me a practical, grounded approach to visual storytelling and the ability to work confidently in a wide range of production environments.

As a photographer, I cover sports and events including cricket, motorsport and corporate functions across locations throughout Oceania and Asia. Whether on set or on the sidelines, I focus on capturing images with clarity, intention and emotion.

I have worked with organisations such as Hisense, Haval, BCF, SportsBet, Foot Locker and the Asian Cricket Council. I bring a professional attitude to every project, regardless of scale and budget.
